In 1996, at the early age of eight, Jamie Cruz planted a small garden with zinnias and gladiolas which were sold from the stand. This was the first step in following in her Mother Paula's footsteps towards becoming a future farmer.

Since then, Jamie's flower business has evolved into an important part of the family business, growing many varieties of flowers and supplying local shops and weddings.
